Peter Devon is wired differently. He's a problem solver of systems — the invisible friction that slows people down and costs them time they'll never get back. He didn't set out to create something for real estate. He got there the long way. Close friends who were agents. A few properties bought and sold himself. And somewhere in that process — the frustration of watching how agents actually work.

The vendor updates written from scratch every week. The appraisal prep happening at midnight because there was no time during the day. A Sunday night spent calling every open home lead by hand, then typing notes into a CRM that wasn't built for any of it.

The problem wasn't the agents. It was everything around them.

So he started asking a different question. Not how do you get better at the job? But what if the job just got easier?
